What does your prop mean to you?
I am blessed to have 4 children to share life with and I am grateful for them every day.
Dancing has been a part of my life since I was young, unfortunately once I had children I sacrificed my own interests to raise little ones. I realised that to take care of my children, I had to look after myself first. I am thankful I found a great dance studio here in Grafton where I could rekindle a lost passion. Having a creative outlet brings a different enjoyment to my life and great way to burn off stress. You are never too old to get back to things you love.

What is the best thing about STACS?
The peaceful outdoor setting, caring and supportive staff, friendly students and parents.
What is the best gift you have ever been given?
My children. I feel privileged and thankful that God trusted me to raise them. I am also grateful for the challenges they bring and how they have helped shape me into a better, more patient and compassionate person.
My career journey to arrive at STACS
I was working casually at a few different schools in the Clarence Valley, when an opportunity came along to work part-time in the office at STACS in 2020. My children were enrolled at STACS and I thought it would be wonderful to be working at the school my children were attending.
A significant Bible verse to me
Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Everything happens for a reason. Trust God and trust the journey.
