What is the best thing about STACS?
Being able to do what I love (teaching, music, sport …) and having a support network, allowing me to be the best possible teacher that I can. Also being part of a family in Christ in a learning environment and coming to school every day with a smile.
What is the best gift you have ever been given?
Stationery ???? Any gift from the heart – a letter, a song, a verse, a flower, a prayer.
My career journey to arrive at STACS
I was born and raised in South Africa and relocated to Yamba, NSW, Australia in June 2024. I’ve been teaching High School Mathematics for year 8 to 12 students from 2019 to 2022, and Primary School Mathematics for year 4 to 7 from 2022/23 to 2024. I love my subject and hope that I can instil a joy for Mathematics in my students. Other than Mathematics, I enjoy playing hockey, netball, playing piano and singing.
