My career journey to arrive at STACS
I was a student in the first year 12 class to graduate from STACS in 2003. After that I worked as a labourer for 5 years. Three of those years I was also studying at Southern Cross University in Lismore (Bachelor of Human Movement Science / Bachelor of Education, Secondary). In my final year of University I worked locally at Retravision in Grafton.
My first teaching job was at South Grafton High School from 2009 until 2013, teaching PDHPE and Math. I then accepted the position of Sports Coordinator at Clarence Valley Anglican School for 2014 and 2015 before making the move back to STACS in 2016.
A significant Bible verse to me
Romans 5 :8: “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
